Charles was among the honor students for the first quarter. Charles didn't actually tell us that there'll be a program. We only found out when we unintentionally saw the letter in his bag. The program was held the following day. If we did not inspect his school things, we won't know that there was a program and that he'd be receiving an award.
This is another reason for me to feel so blessed with my dear kids!
