Today's the second day of prelim exam. For the first time, I didn't get bored in proctoring.
I managed to keep myself "busy" while proctoring. I was doing three things at the same time: Looking at the students who were taking the test, walking around the classroom and thinking about the theses of my students. I had to do that because I wanted to save myself from getting bored proctoring -- staring at students who were trying to make sense out of their test papers. Besides, I knew I didn't have vacant time in school today. I had no time to really sit down and think about all the topics of my Research students so I take advantage of "idle" moments -- I always think while I do something physical like proctoring, walking, and going up and down the overpass (foot bridge) from the main building to the PS building and back to the main campus.
